So much more than just a place to stay, we offer the opportunity to relax and enjoy being catered for. Each morning we prepare a delicious complimentary Kiwi breakfast with options such as bacon and eggs, pancakes, cereals and all the frills.

Meet our Farm Animals

Awatea is home to two resident spaniels who love to welcome guests and their pets, along with a huge number of farm animals.

Our backyard friends include alpacas, kune-kune pigs, goats, sheep, pheasants, chickens, cattle, native birds and lizards and are all available for your enjoyment.

Spacious Communal Areas

As guests of Awatea, we invite you to enjoy the large communal spaces here. Outside, the sprawling patio offers a lovely space for chatting or reading. The lawn is popular for morning yoga, while inside you will find spacious dining and lounge areas.
